Here is a list of Battery-RAM locations beyond what's listed on page 14-12
of Toolbox Reference Volume 1. These reference numbers should be used with
ReadBParam and WriteBParam.

A copy of the battery RAM can be found at $E1/02C0, and the Firmware looks
there directly. System software should generally go through ReadBParam and
WriteBParam rather than examining or changing the buffer directly.

$59 Bit 7 on ROM3 auto-installs Visit Monitor and Memory Peeker CDAs at boot
$5A Key Translation (Event Manager)
$5B CloseView:
	cvPowerMask equ %00001111 ; bits 0-3 (power)
	cvUseKeys equ %00010000 ; bit 4
	cvMagnify equ %00100000 ; bit 5
	cvInvert equ %01000000 ; bit 6
	cvEnabled equ %10000000 ; bit 7
$5C Not used???
$5D Not used???
$5E AUG_Param
bit 0 set means no closed captioning
bit 1 set means standard time clear if daylight savings time
bit 2 set means not to have auto daylight savings clear means to
		 have auto daylight savings
bit 4-3 = amount of menu item blink (0..3)
$5F Toolbox miscellaneous use (6.0)
bits 7-6 = 10 if the byte has been initialized (default = $81)
         bit 5 =
         bit 4 =
bit 3 = (will be "don't put up AppleTalk config warnings" in 6.0.1)
         bit 2 = 1 to make QDStartUp call SetIntUse(0)
bit 1 = 1 to suppress ShowBootInfo icons
bit 0 = 1 to alphabetize desk accessory lists
$60 Toolbox: WaitUntil scaling
$61 What network medium to use (1=LocalTalk, 2=EtherNet)
$62 What OS to boot into (1=GS/OS, 2=ProDOS 8) (Mark Day)
$63..64 not used (Mark requested for network hints, but never used)
$65 Drag delay for hierarchical menus (number of ticks you can be out of the
menu while moving diagonally before it "gives up" on you)
$66 Delay in ticks until a hierarchical menu pops up.
$67..68	Network number hint for Ethernet card (Wes Johnson)
$69	Network node hint for Ethernet card (Wes)

$80 AppleTalk Node Number
$81 GS/OS Cache size

$84 config_ram in device.dispatcher.src -- 2 units on generated devices?
This is very mysterious and undocumented.

$A1-B6 At least one strange application messes with these locations.

$FC-FF: Check Sum

=============================================================================
There is some remapping from logical to physical BRAM locations going on for
ROM 3. Here is the interesting part of the table. (Need to document this
better.)

	dc.b $32	; $52 Disk Eject 1
	dc.b $33	; $53 Disk Eject 2

	dc.b $38	; $54 Reset RAM at next Reset
	dc.b $3B	; $55 Delay To Start
	dc.b $3C	; $56 Acceleration
	dc.b $3D	; $57 Maximum Speed
	dc.b $58	; $58 new Slot 1
